About the house

The house is 124 square meters, spread over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and a bigger bathroom on the upper floor and a large livingroom, kitchen and a small bathroom with shower on the first floor. The first floor has 2 entrances, one with direct access from private parking and one from the living room to a ground terrace with its own outdoor area and from here direct access to the pool and green area.

Second floor
Bedroom 1 (Master) has got 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe, AC and access to a balcony with wonderful morning sun and until late afternoon. Here you have a view of the common green area with pool and palm trees. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (which can be put together if wanted), wardrobe, AC and window to the common area.

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with 2 places as well as a sleeper bed/sofa that can accommodate up to 2 people. This room is perfect for accompanying children!

The upper floor has a large bathroom with shower in close proximity to all three bedrooms

First floor
Kitchen, small barhroom with shower, large livingroom and patio including washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside
A large, cozy and sheltered place to be with both dining area, outdoor grill and lounge area for all meals and warm evenings. This has direct access to the pool and green area.
